Flow State

We have all experienced those moments in life where everything feels like it’s flowing. When life feels like we are traveling with the current as opposed to against it. This “flow state” is one example of what it means and feels to be in alignment with our Higher-Self. Being in alignment affords us the opportunity to use Source energy as a catalyst to create the reality we ultimately desire (as opposed to manifesting what we don’t want), and we can do this by learning to habitually embody our higher nature by incorporating workable skills and strategies into our daily life.

A common question I get asked is, “why can’t we be in this state all of the time,” and the answer is, because we’re not supposed to be, at least until we’ve earned our Self-Realization (Self-mastery). We need the friction (challenges) of Maya (illusion), to serve as a point of tension, and a source of motivation to encourage self-directed change (Soul growth) to clear out our karmic debris (why we incarnate here in the first place.) Oftentimes a thought or behavioral pattern begins to form, and then a subsequent sequence of looping events takes hold, keeping us mired in a reality sequence that causes us growing levels of discomfort.

In an ideal scenario, we identify the pattern (which oftentimes is a karmic condition playing itself out), but not get stuck in it. We want to move through these sequences quickly so we can then journey on to our next opportunity for Soul growth. Unfortunately, it is quite easy to get stuck in the pattern, primarily because we were never taught what to look for, what it really is, how to get to the root cause of it, or how to work through the issue even after we identify what it might be.

Stuck patterns can present themselves as a number of self-defeating behaviors or emotions such as, self-sabotage, anxiety, depression, lethargy, OCD, a lack of focus, materialism, narcissism, anger/rage, addiction, financial mismanagement or monetary scarcity, poor relationships, generalized frustration, or a feeling of “emptiness,” a lack of purpose, and malaise, to name but a few. These conditions can have a profoundly negative impact on both our personal life and professional life.

It is my job in these sessions to help my client to identify both the symptoms, as well as the root causes of problematic patterns and behaviors, and then to teach them how to clear the pattern. I do this using karmic clearing techniques, intuitive guidance, lifestyle modification, behavior modification, mindfulness practices and somatic release, to name but a few.

If any of this resonates with where you are currently at, I invite you to contact me, so we can begin a dialogue to see how I may be of service to you.
