3 Month Commitment

High Performance Alignment Coaching is a 3 Month Commitment. The program is designed to provide personalized coaching and guidance to help individuals transition from personality-based (ego) living to soul-based living.

• The program includes twelve hour-long coaching sessions (via Zoom) with me during a mutually agreed upon time slot.

• You can text me anytime if an issue arises that you feel you need support with (or with any question you may have). I will respond within 24 hours (usually much quicker).

• If any appointments need to be rescheduled due to conflict or other commitments, not to worry, the session will be added back to your calendar. You are guaranteed to receive all of your sessions.

• After completing the program, clients are welcome to continue on a month-to-month basis to refine what they have learned, and to dive deeper into the process of Self-discovery.

• Once you commit to the program, I am committed to you, and you can reach out to me as needed.

Deep Immersion

The Deep Immersion program is an adjunct program, combining High Performance Alignment Coaching and Energy Medicine into one synergistic experience. I offer single day, 3, 5 and 7 day formats (with longer formats available depending on my availability), all of which are facilitated within your home environment.

This is an opportunity to undergo a profound transformation in a condensed timeframe. This offering is tailored for those eager to elevate their journey both on a soul, and at a performance level, and who feel would benefit from having direct insight and in-person accountability and support.

Together we embark on a journey where we explore every facet of your life; from your daily routines to your relationships, habits, beliefs and behaviors, to identify what serves you and what doesn't, offering clarity and insight into areas ripe for growth and improvement.

We delve into realms of deeper emotional intelligence and presence, facilitating newfound perspectives and realizations, while working together to unlock your potential by incorporating new skills, awarenesses, and healthy habits.

Group Coaching

Group High Performance Alignment Coaching is a powerful format because we tend to be able to see ourselves in a different lense through the experiences of others, due to the mirror effect. You’ll find more details of my Virtual Group Coaching below:

• Group: Everyone will be coached by me, and you can either create your own group or join one.

• Duration: The program includes twelve hour-long coaching sessions (via Zoom) with me during a mutually agreed upon time slot.

• Recording: The day will be recorded for you to access at anytime.

• Price: $2,500 USD per person.

Concierge Drug & Alcohol Rehabilitation

After working for a number of years at the most exclusive residential drug and alcohol treatment facility in the country, I came to recognize the “one-size fits all” approach to treatment was not only outdated, but also, highly ineffective.

In 2008, I developed the first concierge drug and alcohol treatment service in the United States, which I aptly named, “The Power of Choice.”

The Power of Choice is a holistic, bespoke treatment option for individuals looking to overcome personal challenges such as addiction, mental and emotional imbalance, and professional development issues. We work together to address your individual needs, while facilitating the treatment experience within an environment that ensures complete anonymity.

I believe treating addiction involves addressing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual underpinnings of problematic behaviors and causal physiological conditions. I do this by working to address root causes, (not symptoms,) to ensure a higher likelihood of achieving long-term recovery.

The process begins with a comprehensive detoxification protocol, intended to rid the body of toxins, heavy metals and parasites, while repairing and repleting the body at a cellular level utilizing holistic healing protocols, micronutrients and targeted IV therapy.

Once the foundation has been repaired and fortified, I begin the rebuilding process. Alongside my team, we work one-to-one with our client to assist them to uncover the root causes of their mental and emotional dysregulation. Once the issues have been addressed, my team and I work hand-in-hand to assist our client to create the life they would like to live. Our role is to serve as a case manager, guide, teacher, and as a continual source of unwavering support.

The program is administered on a one-to-one client basis, ensuring complete anonymity and confidentiality at all times, and I can facilitate the experience anywhere in the world.

Sober Companionship

Serving as a mental and behavioral health companion and coach, I support and guide my client’s in way’s that allow them to function more productively in their day-to-day life. Some of the most common mental and behavioral health issues we work with include: substance misuse, trauma, personality disorders, bipolar disorders, self-harm, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, executive functioning, and mood disorders such as depression, and anxiety.

We coordinate hourly or 24/7 in home support, ensuring safety, while providing a high-level of care at all times.

I support you by:

• Ensuring safe transport between locations.

• Providing assistance with daily living.

• Assistance in successfully returning to the community and/or work.

• Motivation, guidance and accountability to set and achieve goals.

• Teaching tangible skills and strategies to help overcome life’s roadblocks and challenges.

• Development of a realistic plan to improve various areas of daily living such as sobriety, professional guidance, lifestyle guidance, self-motivation, adaptable thinking, distress tolerance, nonviolent communication, problem solving, budgeting, stability, medication management, organization, and holistic wellness skills to foment sound mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health.

My fee for sober companionship begins at $1500 per day.

Retreats

I have been designing and facilitating holistic retreats for individuals, small groups and corporate gatherings since 2017. While I offer a number of different formats, I specialize in coordinating both Amazonian plant medicine (Ayahuasca) retreats to Peru, as well as yoga therapy retreats at different venues across the globe.

My retreat formats are designed to stimulate the senses, inspire deep introspection, and rejuvenate the Soul. Our gifted facilitators possess diverse backgrounds, specializing in alignment coaching, nutrition, meditation, yoga, energy medicine, somatic release, physical fitness, massage, and a number of other holistic therapeutic modalities.  

All of the modalities that we incorporate into each one of our programs have a synergistic effect.  We set a clear intention as to how the day will unfold with each modality building upon the previous, culminating with our client’s experiencing a profound sense of depth, serenity, and mental clarity at the end of each day. 

The duration of the retreat varies depending on the needs of our client, with a typical length ranging from one week to ten days. Shorter and longer formats are also available.
